This is the repository of all the notes and reviewers that I prepared for the given course. Usually, they follow the codal-case-commentary format. However, some teachers would like to discuss in a topical manner, and not necessarily sequential. The topics and cases discussed are based on the assignments given by the teacher. Teachers give textbooks to use, but some do not. When they do, I sometimes don’t follow them. I only indicated here the references I particularly found useful.

Mistakes are all mine, and feel free to contact me for any corrections. This page will be updated as notes become available.
